    I won an Auction for a Lowes Truckload over 14 Days Ago, and they keep making excuses why it is not ready to pick up. They have the worst customer service and nobody there is professional or helpful. They auction merchandise that they can not ship and only tell you after you pay and wait 2 weeks that it will take longer. they are scam. be careful

    The worst company ever. I don’t believe none of those paid reviews cause the reality is that the only thing that they do good is take your money. Once you pay forget it. I did my first order everything turned good received fast products were good so I decided continue. I placed 4 orders keep in contact with them about the payment and everything cause I couldn’t submit the payment same day due to problems with my bank. Then supposedly everything was noted in the system I did the payment finally the day that I told the before noon submit the proof of payment and they responded back that they will pass to accounting etc. that was Friday. Then Monday at the middle of the day I started to receive messages that my orders were canceled all the 4 orders. After the payment was sent and clear from my bank. Then I called the first guy that answered said oh sorry the system duplicates the pallets and those pallets were sold to another customer they are not longer available. ??? He didn’t gave me any explanations and they stopped responding my emails as quick as they were doing when they were waiting for the payment. So I called again a lady answered and she said your orders were canceled for non payment????? And I like what are you talking about I paid those orders and sent the email with the proof and then she is like oh no but you paid after 1:00 the orders need to be paid before 1:00 pm and I’m like lady I have proof that I paid and submit the emails with the proof before even 12 oh no but hasn’t cleared in our end need to be clear will clear on the 13. There is no way to believe any of there lies cause they give you an excuse for everything I keep in contact with Cristo ríos, Jennifer, Michael in Facebook all saying contradictions. Finally the 13 passed no response no refund the money the I put bad reviews in Facebook they deleted and saying please don’t put bad reviews in the page that doesn’t create a good business relationship ??? Really??? Who is creating a bad relationship??? Then Michael sent me a coupon 25% in any order 1,000 no expiration place an order we apply your payment and refund you the rest on that way you receive products. I placed the order 1015.00 less the discount for paying with wire $30 less than 1,000 I tried to apply the coupon guess what the system didn’t let me I asked then Michael said oh no but has to be from the total order again no good communication and excuses there is no way to apply the discount after accounting can’t do it nobody can’t do it. Fine when can I get the remaining of my refund cause I paid almost 2,300 for the orders that were canceled oh no they will process that on the 20 or the 25 which I was told before that they process refund every Friday??? What happened with the Friday May 14 ???? The wire was cleared already supposedly???? Anyway I received the new order invoice tracking we Were so excited fast delivery I placed that order 5/14 we received the order 5/20 pretty quick right???? Guess what the pallets perfectly wrap but when we opened it ugh disaster everything it’s broken, damaged incomplete empty packages products out of the box, Everything has sticker that is not working damaged etc. I sent a message in Facebook Michael responded sent an email with the pictures?? I asked again for my refund no response on that? Sent the email 3 in total with a lot of pictures and sent a message to him back again hey I sent the email ok I’ll take a look into it. Guess what no response the whole day waiting for response on the refund and on the garbage 3 pallets that they sent that I’ll have to dispose and trash. So I ll give no even a star to this company they said I’m not creating a good environment for a good business relationship????? Seriously I’m the one creating a bad relationship???

    Terrible from start to finish and I gave them 2 chances. Both pallets I ordered were shipped late, one arrived almost a month after I paid for it. Both pallets had major things wrong on the manifest, I wouldn’t have purchased either pallet with the correct manifest. One pallet was supposed to have 135 name-brand kitchen scales worth over $2,600. I received 2 of them, they only refunded me $298. The other pallet was supposed to have 86 packs of canisters in packs of 4 (344 canisters) I received less than 75 individual canisters. I believe this company is faking the manifests to generate sales. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the FTC. If you have had a similar experience with Direct Liquidation I encourage you to do the same.

    I Just started buying pallets from them, sp far we’ve done 4 transactions and i just moved the buying size to full trucks. Goods are returns so its a big gamble but is working out for my bizz. I had a little issue but they resolved it very fast. Fast answers to my questions.

    1. Slow service 2. Can cancel your auction win. Put it back up for auction and ask you conveniently to bid again. 3. Can sit on your money for a long time. Will cost you lost sales if you are depending on them for inventory and not to mention the cost of having your money tied up with them just to get a refund, you could have invested that money elsewhere and actually turned some profit by the time they just give you a refund. I will recommend do not buy from them specially if you get stuff shipped and do not pickup yourself

    Bad service bad people. Did a couple of transactions with them and not one time did it go smoothly. They hold on to your money for a long time and in the end they can always say the order was canceled and again take a while to give your money back. Sometimes when the order does go through and you get the merchandise it will not be exactly as categorized or described. For example i ordered a lot of 10 units all in original packaging in Like new A grade condition. I received only 2-3 units like that rest were in generic packaging and had minor scratches etc on them but i paid premium amount for the lot so i was not happy at all. Definitely do not get anything shipped from them. If you can manage a pick up you can try your luck but personally ive decided to stay away from them as im a new business and do not have allot of capital to throw around and see if it gives a return or burns to ashes.
